The immersive experience
A successful automotive launch is not simply about displaying a new vehicle. It is about creating anticipation, directing attention and building towards the moment when the audience sees the vehicle for the first time.
For the BYD Ti 7 launch, NHP Events developed the production environment around one clear principle:
The vehicle had to remain the hero.
From the moment guests entered the venue, LED visuals, lighting, audio and stage production worked together to create a carefully controlled atmosphere.
As the programme progressed, the production gradually shifted the energy of the room towards the main reveal.
Behind that moment was extensive preparation.
Our technical teams coordinated the lighting sequence, LED content, music, presentations and reveal cues so that each element happened at precisely the right point in the programme.
Before doors opened, the complete sequence was tested and rehearsed. Audio levels were checked, visual content was reviewed, lighting positions were adjusted, vehicle positioning was confirmed and every important transition was tested.
For the audience, the reveal happened in a matter of seconds.
