By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Age Restrictions

Kids under the age of 12 years will be permitted entry only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children are allowed only in designated family areas. Valid identification may be requested for age verification.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry where age requirements are not met. No refund will be provided where entry is refused due to failure to comply with the applicable age restrictions.

Kids & Guardians

Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times during the event. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety, behaviour, and supervision of the children accompanying them.

Children must not be left unattended anywhere within the event venue.

All Sales Are Final

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise stated by the event management.

Entry Policy

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through the NHP Events website or authorised venue sales points.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to comply with event or venue rules, behaves inappropriately, or creates a safety or security concern. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards event staff, performers, security personnel, and other attendees. Any disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.

NHP Events, the organisers, and the venue will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

Guests are advised not to bring valuable or unnecessary personal items to the venue.

Prohibited Items

Ticket holders agree to cooperate with any security checks conducted at the venue.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

1. Illegal substances
2. Weapons or items considered dangerous or unsafe
3. Drones or remote-controlled devices
4. Any other item prohibited by venue management or security personnel

Management and security personnel reserve the right to confiscate or refuse entry with any item considered unsafe or inappropriate for the event.
