NHP Events – Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Entry All tickets sold through NHP Events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. A valid ticket (printed or digital) must be presented for entry. Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued identification matching the ticket holder's details. NHP Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Schedule Event timings, including gate opening and show commencement, will be communicated through official event channels. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be admitted only during suitable intervals or at the discretion of the event management.

3. Photography & Recording Photography, audio recording, video recording, live streaming, or any unauthorized broadcasting may be restricted depending on the event. Where prohibited, guests must comply with all instructions from event staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue without refund.

4. Age Restrictions Certain events may have age restrictions based on venue policies or event requirements. Where applicable, proof of age may be requested at the entrance. Guests who do not meet the stated age requirement will not be permitted entry.

5. Code of Conduct All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, sponsors, vendors, and fellow attendees. Harassment, violence, abusive language, intoxication, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. NHP Events reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue without refund if their behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Health & Safety Guests must follow all venue regulations, safety instructions, and directions provided by event staff or security personnel. Security screening may be conducted prior to entry. Prohibited items, including weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, hazardous materials, and any other restricted items, are not permitted unless otherwise authorized.

7. Liability Attendance at the event is entirely at the guest's own risk. NHP Events, its partners, sponsors, contractors, and venue operators shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings before, during, or after the event, except where required by applicable law.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation NHP Events reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, schedule, artist lineup, programme, seating arrangements, or other event details due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise announced. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the organizer's refund policy.

9. Media Consent By attending the event, guests acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. NHP Events may use such photographs, videos, or recordings for marketing, promotional, advertising, archival, or other legitimate business purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Force Majeure NHP Events shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, interruption, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.

1. Privacy Personal information collected during ticket purchases or event registrations will be used solely for ticketing, event management, customer communication, and related services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.

3. Seating Policy Unless otherwise stated on the ticket, seating or standing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved seating, where applicable, will be clearly indicated on the ticket.

4. Personal Responsibility Guests attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. NHP Events (National High Peak LLC), its employees, partners, contractors, venue operators, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Damage to Venue Guests are responsible for their own actions throughout the event. Any damage caused by a guest to the venue, equipment, furniture, fixtures, or any other property during the event shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. NHP Events reserves the right to recover the full cost of any repair, replacement, or compensation for such damages. Guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations at all times.
