The Ultimate Onam Celebration

By purchasing or using a ticket for The Ultimate Grand OnaSadya, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Age Restrictions

1. Kids under the age of 12 years will be permitted entry only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Children are allowed only in designated family areas.
3. Valid identification may be requested for age verification.
4. Management reserves the right to refuse entry where age requirements are not met.

2. Kids & Guardians

1. Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times.
2. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, behaviour, and supervision of children accompanying them.
3. Children must not be left unattended anywhere within the venue.

3. Ticket & Entry

1. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/QR code purchased through the NHP Events website or authorised sales points.
2. Each ticket/QR code is valid for one admission only and must not be duplicated or shared.
3. Invalid, altered, or duplicate tickets may be refused entry.
4. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who fails to comply with event or venue rules or creates a safety or security concern.

4. Event Timing

1. Guests must arrive within the time slot selected during booking.
2. Entry and dining will be managed according to the selected time slot.
3. Late arrival may result in reduced dining time and will be subject to seating and service availability.

5. Seating

1. Seating will be arranged according to booking and event requirements.
2. Unreserved seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Management may make reasonable seating adjustments where necessary.

6. OnaSadya & Food Service

1. Food will be served according to the scheduled dining session.
2. Menu items may vary depending on ingredient availability and operational requirements.
3. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except where required for medical or infant-care purposes.

7. Allergies

Guests are responsible for managing their own food allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements. NHP Events and the venue do not guarantee an allergen-free environment and will not be responsible for any allergic reaction or related health issue.

8. Sales, Cancellation & Refunds

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund will normally be provided where entry is refused due to failure to comply with age restrictions, event rules, venue policies, or inappropriate conduct, subject to applicable law.
2. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements.

9. Dress Code & Conduct

1. Flip-flops and revealing or inappropriate outfits are not permitted.
2. Guests must behave respectfully towards event staff, venue staff, security personnel, performers, and other attendees.
3. Disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue.

10. Personal Belongings

1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
2. NHP Events, the organiser, and the venue will not be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Guests are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables to the venue.

11. Prohibited Items

Guests agree to cooperate with security checks conducted at the venue.

Prohibited items include:

1. Outside food or beverages
2. Illegal substances
3. Weapons or dangerous items
4. Fireworks
5. Drones or remote-controlled devices
6. Any item considered unsafe or prohibited by venue management or security

Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry with any prohibited or unsafe item.

12. Photography & Videography

1. Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional, media, and social media purposes.
2. Guests may appear incidentally in general event photographs or video footage.

13. Event Changes & Safety

1. Management may make reasonable changes to the timings, menu, seating, programme, or event arrangements where required.
2. Guests must follow all health, safety, security, and emergency instructions issued by the venue or event management.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, emergencies, or safety concerns, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Any applicable arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.

15. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket and attending The Ultimate Grand OnaSadya, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

NHP Events reserves the right to make reasonable updates to these Terms & Conditions where required, subject to the change.
